Transportation Policy

  1. Delivery method

      • Ordinary mail (uninsured)

      • Self-pickup at the store

      • SF Express Cash on Delivery

    1. Shipping Instructions

    1. Goods are generally categorized as "in-stock" or "pre-order." "In-stock" items are typically shipped within 3 business days of payment completion. If an order contains both "in-stock" and "pre-order" items, or "pre-order" items with different release dates, all items will be shipped together once they arrive. If you wish to split your order for partial shipping, please place separate orders or contact us via the customer communication function in your order after placing your order. If the total amount for split orders is less than $400 (free shipping threshold), the customer will need to pay the shipping fee upon delivery.

    2. Shipping time is generally Monday to Sunday. SF Express does not ship on Sundays and public holidays (cash on delivery).

    3. Please refer to store opening hours for in-store pickup.

    4. For orders selected "In-Store Pickup," please wait until you receive an "Arrived" email notification before picking up your order, as some items require time to prepare. Goods will be held at the store for one month; failure to pick them up within this period will be considered an abandoned order.
