Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 All products sold in this store are brand new and genuine.
1.2 All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and include all applicable taxes (if any).
1.3 This store reserves the right to change product prices, product supply and sales terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Orders can be placed through our online platform or physical store.
2.2 All orders will be processed only after full payment is confirmed.
2.3 This store accepts cash, credit cards, Faster Payment System (FPS), PayMe and other payment methods.
2.4 Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Shipping and self-pickup

3.1 Customers can choose to have the goods delivered or pick them up in person at the store.
3.2 We will arrange shipment or notify you to pick up the goods within 3 business days after receiving full payment.
3.3 If you choose delivery service, shipping costs will be charged separately, depending on the delivery location and the weight of the goods.
3.4 Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect customer information or failure to receive goods within the specified time shall be borne by the customer.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

4.1 Once sold, all goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4.2 If you find any damage, missing parts, or discrepancies between the goods and the order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and attach relevant photos and the receipt. We will arrange for replacement or resend depending on the circumstances.
4.3 The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items not sold by this store

  • The goods have been opened or have been visibly used.

  • Applications submitted after the specified deadline

5. Special terms (if applicable)

5.1 Certain limited-edition items/pre-order products are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
5.2 If there is an official delay in the delivery of pre-ordered products, our store will notify customers as soon as possible, but no compensation will be provided.
5.3 This store reserves the right to limit the quantity that each customer may purchase, depending on the circumstances.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 We will make every effort to ensure that all product information and prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to the final interpretation and handling of any errors or omissions.
6.2 In case of any dispute, the store reserves the right to make the final decision.
